The xml schema for the data is available for those users who would like to translate into AMS REALTIME Projects' xml format.

We have also developed xml translators for converting AMS XML format to Microsoft Projects 2002 XML format. The above features are part of the 6.0 Beta release made in February 2003.

Cost Reporting in AMS REALTIME Resources- In the latest maintenance build of AMS REALTIME Resources (build 180 onwards), time-phased cost reporting has been introduced for the AMS REALTIME Resources reporting system. The cost reporting functionality enables users to use the aggregation features of the reporting tool to produce time-phased costs (actual/etc), as well as the traditional planned and actual/etc usage figures. These new cost features work on existing reports without the need of any re-writing. Reports can also be saved with the Cost option as the default. Report display units - If you would prefer the AMS REALTIME Resources reporting system to display usage figures as days rather than the default hours, then set the AMS REALTIME Resources client configuration switch 'REPORTDISPLAYUNITS' to 1. Other values include 0 for hours (default), 2 = weeks, 3 = months and
4 = hours/minutes.

Sending SMS messages - With the continuing development of the AMS Python menu scripts, AMS staff have successfully developed a script which allows employees to be sent SMS text messages when they are assigned to project tasks.
